the idea:
As an established luxury real estate agent, Natalie Gregory had mastered the art of selling homes for her clients. However, she knew she was missing a huge chunk of the market by not having an active online presence. She asked equilibreyaum to modernize her brand and increase brand awareness.
the work:
We started by updating her online presence (Facebook + Instagram) to represent her team name properly and make it easy to find her through a simple search. We took an organic approach to build her profiles by sharing a series of content (listing photography, interior design blogs, lifestyle photography, video) and leveraging relevant online groups in the surrounding area.
We studied her target audiences to find out what they were interacting with on social media and shared exactly what they were looking for based on online behavior. We also incorporated hashtags to reach audiences that would have never interacted with Natalie before.
the results:
Our organic efforts paid off big time. We immediately saw a 50% increase in organic engagement, 36% increase in organic impressions and a 60% increase in website traffic. The cohesive messaging across all platforms allowed for a dramatic increase in her online presence in the luxury real estate market.
