the idea:
Katherine Thomas and Melissa Land opened their own real estate brokerage in Montgomery, AL and were starting from scratch. They asked equilibreyaum to create a website to showcase listings, rental properties and details about their company.
the work:
We created a website for Thomas & Land Real Estate Group and effectively created a place for past, current and future clients to connect with Melissa and Katherine online. We compiled agent bios and photos for the About Us page, linked the Active Properties page to the MLS for an always up-to-date feed, gathered testimonials and used search engine optimized keywords to attract leads interested in the city.
the results:
There is now a place to learn about all agents, active listings, submit rental inquiries and rental repair requests. The website receives over 6,000 visitors per year with each visitor visiting at least 3 times on average.
